Typically, orders ship within 2 business days for in-stock products. We will notify customers via email during the order process in case we require further information from you for your order.
Fleming Sales strives to ship orders as fast as possible, however, we are not responsible for any carrier delays in any form. Ground carriers (UPS and USPS) lead times are typically 3-5 business days (carrier transit time may vary outside of this estimate).
Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the below listed Customs and Duty fee’s unless specifically exempted:
“Goods and Services Tax” (GST) at a rate of 5% and a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) – British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan
“Harmonized Sales Tax” (HST) at a rate of 13% – New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island
“Goods and Services Tax (GST) ONLY – Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon
